No More iOS 9.2.1- Apple has stopped signing 9.2.1

Apple is now signing to the latest iOS 9.3 and iOS 9.3.1. As of recent broadcast made by Apple, the signing iOS 9.2.1 has stopped already, in fact iOS users cannot upgrade or downgrade to the iOS version 9.2.1 by now.
